WHAT WE REVIEW
Digital marketing consultancy in 5 areas
A 360° consultancy looks at the digital business as a whole, rather than judging each channel on its own. These are the five areas we analyse and what you receive at the end.
1. Strategy and positioning
We start with the business, not the tools: which products or services bring the most margin, who the ideal customer is, what value proposition sets you apart and how it is communicated on the site, in ads and on social media. Often the biggest problem is not a channel but an unclear message that hurts every channel.
2. Website and conversion
We assess the site or online store through a customer's eyes and with data: speed, mobile experience, clarity of the main pages, forms, checkout, social proof and calls to action. We use GA4 and heatmaps to see where people give up.
- Speed and Core Web Vitals of the best-selling pages.
- Conversion funnel from first click to enquiry or purchase.
- Trust: reviews, guarantees, contact details and visible policies.
3. Acquisition: SEO, GEO and ads
We analyse where traffic comes from and what each customer costs by channel. In SEO, we look at rankings, keywords with potential and technical issues. In GEO, we check whether the brand appears in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews. In ads, we review the structure, tracking, search terms and creatives in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
4. Data and competitors
We confirm whether the data behind your decisions is reliable and compare your business with three to five direct competitors: Google presence, active ads, offers, advertised prices, reviews and social media activity. The benchmark shows where you are ahead and where you are losing ground.
What access do I need to provide? We need (read-only) access to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads (if applicable), Meta Business Suite and any other marketing tools you use. All access is handled with complete confidentiality.

5. Personas and customer journey
We define the main personas (who buys, why, what objections they have) and map the journey from first contact to purchase and repeat purchase. This shows which content, campaigns and automations are missing at each stage, and avoids investing in channels your customer does not use.
The 90-day action plan
Every conclusion becomes a prioritised action plan, with what to do in the next two weeks, in the first month and by the end of the 90 days. Each action has an owner, estimated effort and expected impact, so your team or ours can execute without doubts.
What do I receive at the end? You receive a detailed PDF report with a complete diagnosis, a digital SWOT analysis, a competitor benchmark and a prioritised action plan with a timeline. It also includes the recording of the presentation session.
Does the consulting include implementation? The 360° consulting focuses on diagnosis and planning. Implementing the recommendations can be contracted separately, or we can present a proposal for ongoing support after the consulting.
Can I implement the recommendations myself? Yes! The report is designed to be actionable. We include detailed instructions, tutorials and resources so you can implement the recommendations in-house or with your team.
- Quick wins: tracking, page and campaign fixes with immediate effect.
- Structural projects: SEO, content, automations and site improvements.
- What to stop: channels and campaigns that use budget without a return.
The strategy session with decision-makers
The diagnosis is presented in a session with the company's management, where we explain the findings in business terms, answer questions and adjust priorities to the budget and team capacity. You leave with decisions made, not just a document.
How long does the 360° consulting take? The full process takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the package chosen. Once we have the access we need, we require 5-7 working days for the analysis. The presentation session is scheduled around your availability.
Who this digital marketing consultancy is for
It suits SMEs and online stores already investing in digital marketing without knowing what really works, companies about to change agency or hire an in-house team, and businesses entering new European markets that need a clear starting point.
Findings that come up in almost every consultancy
Every business is different, but there are patterns we often find in Portuguese and European SMEs. Knowing they exist helps show the value of an independent diagnosis:
- Incomplete tracking: sales and leads that never reach GA4 or the ad platforms.
- Poorly allocated budget: brand campaigns taking credit for sales that would have happened anyway.
- Stalled SEO: service pages without commercial keywords and a blog disconnected from the pages that sell.
- A site that does not convert existing traffic: long forms, slow pages and little social proof.
- A forgotten customer base: no email automation for repeat purchases or referrals.
