HOW WE WORK
From web development to sales
An online business needs three pieces working together: a solid website or online store, qualified traffic and data to make decisions. This summary shows how we handle each one and where to find more detail.
1. Websites that load fast and convert
Our web development starts with the business goals, not the design. We define which pages are needed, which searches they should answer and which action the visitor should take: request a quote, book a meeting or buy.
Then we design and build on WordPress, with lightweight code, optimised images, structured data and forms connected to your email or CRM. The result is a website that is fast on mobile, easy to update and ready to appear on Google.
2. Online stores on WooCommerce and Shopify
We build online stores designed to sell, not just to display products. That means complete product pages, a short checkout and the payment methods your customers actually use.
- Payments: cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods such as MB Way and Multibanco.
- Shipping: integrated carriers, rates by zone and delivery to several European countries.
- Operations: stock, certified invoicing and VAT by country (OSS scheme).
3. Digital marketing built in from day one
Many companies find out after launch that the website has no tracking, that URLs changed without redirects or that pages have no titles written for search. In our web development projects, digital marketing is part of the planning stage.
We set up GA4, Google Tag Manager, Consent Mode v2 and Search Console, map redirects and write titles and descriptions for every page. When the website goes live, it is already ready for SEO and campaigns.
4. SEO, GEO and ads to bring customers
With the right technical base, digital marketing works at two speeds. Google Ads and Meta Ads bring visits and sales in the first weeks. SEO and GEO build visibility on Google, AI Overviews and ChatGPT, with no cost per click.
Together, they lower the average cost per customer over the months, and the business stops depending only on the ad budget.

5. Email, data and maintenance
Selling again to people who have already bought is the most profitable path. We automate welcome, abandoned-cart and after-sales emails, and connect every channel in one data dashboard to know what really brings customers.
- Email marketing: automations that keep selling after the first contact.
- Data analysis: GA4, Google Ads, Meta and CRM in one report.
- Website management: updates, backups, security and speed, from €350 a month.
6. Who we work with
There are two paths. For businesses that sell online, our e-commerce solutions combine store build, paid traffic and automations in programmes with defined targets, starting with Online Store That Sells (€2,990 per project). For clinics, professional services and B2B companies, our digital marketing services focus on generating qualified leads.
In both cases we work mainly in Portuguese and English, with support in other languages on request, with clients in Portugal and other European countries.
7. How much a website, online store or digital marketing costs
The cost of a web development project depends on the number of pages or products, languages, integrations and the content that already exists. That is why every proposal starts from a conversation about goals, not from a fixed price list.
As a reference: the Online Store That Sells programme, with online store, payments, technical SEO and a launch campaign, starts at €2,990 per project. SEO starts at €490 a month, integrated digital marketing is quoted per project and website maintenance starts at €350 a month. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta.
8. Websites and online stores for several countries
If you sell, or want to sell, outside Portugal, web development has to plan for it from the start: URL structure by language, hreflang tags, currencies, shipping and VAT by country, and copy written for each market instead of machine translation.
Digital marketing follows the same logic, with campaigns and SEO split by country, so each market has its own keywords, ads and reports.
9. What happens after launch
Launch is the beginning, not the end. In the first weeks we monitor indexing in Search Console, errors, real visitor speed and the first conversions. From then on, every month brings data-based improvements: new pages, product page tests, campaign adjustments and blog content.
This way the website or online store keeps improving over time, instead of standing still until the next redesign.
Why combine web development and digital marketing
When one company builds the website and another runs the digital marketing, each optimises its own part and nobody answers for the final result. With one team, decisions on design, speed, SEO and campaigns are made together and measured by the same indicator: leads and sales.
That is why clients such as Pools and More, Polpa Productions and Terapeutas no Digital work with us on their website and marketing at the same time.
