BEFORE YOU CONTACT US
Contact and next steps
To make the first reply useful, we explain which channel to choose for each topic, what information helps us prepare the conversation and how the process works after you send us a message.
1. Which channel to choose for each topic
Every contact channel reaches the same team, but some are more practical for certain requests:
- Form: proposal and quote requests, because it lets you send the project context straight away.
- Email: documents, briefs, access details or partnership proposals.
- Phone and WhatsApp: quick or urgent questions from clients with an active project.
- Video call: diagnosis and strategy meetings, booked on the free consultation page.
2. What to include in your first message
A message with context saves a round of questions and lets us reply with concrete suggestions. It is not mandatory, but it helps if you mention:
- The address of your website or online store.
- The main goal: more leads, more sales, entering a new market, launching a website.
- The channels you already use (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email) and what is or is not working.
- Your approximate monthly budget and the timeline you have in mind.
3. What happens after you contact us
When we receive your request, a lead reads the message, reviews your website and, if it makes sense, suggests a 30-minute video call. In that conversation we get to know the business, the goals and the starting numbers.
If there is a fit, we send a written proposal with goals, timelines, included services and the monthly or project fee. If we are not the best solution for your case, we say so and, where possible, suggest alternatives.
4. Quote requests: how to get an accurate proposal
Fees depend on scope and starting point, so we do not send fixed prices without knowing the project. For a reference before you get in touch, each service page shows the starting price: for example SEO from €490 a month, digital marketing packages from €590 a month and e-commerce programmes from €1,400 a month.
Every proposal includes the goals we will measure and the report you will receive, so you can compare agencies on the same basis.

5. Where we are and which markets we serve
onOrbit Marketing is headquartered in Ponte da Barca, in the Alto Minho region of Portugal. We work fully online with companies in Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg and other European countries, mainly in Portuguese and English, with support in other languages on request.
For EU clients outside Portugal, invoicing is intra-community with a VAT number. Meetings follow the client time zone within our extended working hours.
6. Clients with an active project
If you are already a client, use the channel agreed at the project start (usually the project management tool or your account lead email). For urgent issues, such as a website that is down or a campaign with abnormal spend, call or send a WhatsApp message to the details above.
Website management clients have continuous monitoring, so many issues are detected and fixed before they even notice them.
7. Protecting your data
Data sent through the form or by email is used only to answer your request and prepare a possible proposal. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing purposes, and you can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data.
More details in our privacy policy.
8. Brief for a new website or online store
If you contact us to build or rebuild a website, these answers help us prepare an accurate proposal first time: how many pages or products it will have, whether you need an online store and on which platform, which languages, which integrations (invoicing, CRM, carriers) and whether you already have copy, photos and a visual identity.
Send two or three websites you like as well and explain why. They do not need to be from your sector: we want to understand the style, how information is organised and the kind of experience you are looking for.
9. SEO and ads requests: which access to prepare
To assess campaigns or Google rankings, the most useful thing is for us to look at the real data. You do not need to share passwords: all these platforms let you add users with read-only access.
- Google Search Console: searches, clicks and indexing errors.
- Google Analytics 4: visits, conversions and revenue by channel.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads: campaign history, costs and conversions.
- Merchant Center: product feed status, for online stores.
10. Contacting us from another European country
You can write to us in Portuguese or English, through the form or by email. Tell us your country and the markets you sell to, so the first reply already takes into account the competition and channels in each country.
Meetings are scheduled with your time zone in mind and, for EU companies, the proposal is issued with intra-community invoicing.
11. Partnerships, suppliers and press
For partnership proposals, press requests or supplier introductions, please use email and state the topic in the subject line. That way the request reaches the right person faster and does not get mixed up with client requests.
