HOW IT WORKS
Marketing outsourcing in 7 points
Handing your marketing to an external team only works with clear rules. These are the points we agree with you before we start.
1. Outsourcing or an in-house team?
A complete in-house team needs strategy, ads, SEO, email, content and data: several hires, tools and management. With marketing outsourcing you have those profiles from the first month, at a predictable cost and with no recruitment.
2. One account lead, not a call centre
You always speak to the same person, who knows your business, coordinates the team and is accountable for results. Strategy meetings are every two weeks and access is priority.
3. Data and BI dashboards
We bring sales, ads, email and SEO into one executive dashboard in Looker Studio or Power BI, so decisions are based on margin and revenue by channel, product and market.
4. Every marketing channel run together
Google Ads, Meta Ads, technical and editorial SEO and email marketing are planned as one system, with budget moved to whichever channel returns the most at each moment.
- Acquisition: Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO.
- Conversion: landing pages, offers and CRO.
- Retention: abandoned cart recovery and email nurture sequences.

5. Expansion into European markets
For each new market we research demand and competitors, localise ads, pages and emails, add local payment methods and run campaigns segmented by country. We start with the markets with the most potential for your product.
6. Positioning and new offers
We regularly review your value proposition, social proof and offers, and launch seasonal campaigns and landing pages whenever the business wants to test a product or a market.
7. Commitment, targets and transparency
The minimum commitment is one quarter, with growth targets agreed at the start. Ad accounts, data and the assets we create always belong to you. If you need less, the Growth System covers traffic and email management.
